theres going to be a lot of people that will not play this due to it being singleplayer. This is not the first bum simulator theres another one here on steam and its actually released already and has online coop. They are really making a huge mistake if they release this as singleplayer. Also they do not listen to their community. just look in the discussions in drug dealer simulator its a mess.

Honestly, I'd rather if they focus first on the single-player aspect of the game. There is no point in an indie company such as them multitasking and dividing their resources in developing singleplayer and multiplayer at the same time. This can lead them to lose focus or not being able to put enough effort into making any aspect of the game great at all. I'd rather have them release an excellent singleplayer mode at first and then wait a few months or years for an awesome multiplayer mode. If they try to do everything at the same time both modes are going to end up being mediocre at best.

thats the thing though unless you implement multiplayer in the very early stages of the game, it will just be harder for them to add multiplayer or coop later on in development. Everyone has their own taste in games and i apologize but i just do not see myself playing this alone. would get boring quick. If you feel like you would enjoy it by yourself then good for you. But theres plenty of people that are not even going to touch this game if it comes out as singleplayer.

It's ok it'll be a dead game once it's finally released, nobody likes to play with themselves :steambored:

No, what happens with focusing on multiplayer too much is inevitably a game is dumbed down and made ♥♥♥♥. I'd much rather it focus on singleplayer and depth. There's not going to be alot of people not play it if it isn't multiplayer, you're just pushing your own bs.

People can like what they want and expect different things out of games. Just because its single player does not mean that no one will buy it. The majority though just will not purchase this just look at other games that made the mistake of not adding multiplayer coop. Drug dealer simulator and stranded deep are great examples. For stranded deep specifically the player base dropped once people started to figure out theres not really any current plans for online multiplayer. With these simulator games there is only going to be so much you can do, so many hours you will be able to put into the game before it starts feeling repetitive. Adding multiplayer/coop would greatly increase the replayability aspect of the game and introduce an entire new feel and experience for players to enjoy together. That just won't happen and play way is missing a huge opprotunity at a great game if they dont add multiplayer. This bum category of games is very niche, only way to reach out to more people is by adding multiplayer. Also there is already a hobo simulator out right now and is fully coop with multiple friends. It would not of been as successful as it was if it was only singleplayer. Hell theres still people buying that game to this day. as said before people can like what they want, but does not change the fact that this game will die out if it does not get multiplayer support. Its just going to be another one of those games that some people still play from time to time but wont be a big thing. Without multiplayer its just going to come and go and burn out like the rest of the simulator games from playway. Do some research about past playway games you will find out.

The point is if I can't play with my friends, then I'll play other games that will support coop mode or online access. I don't want to be playing with myself.. It's going to get old really fast and move on to other games just saying..
