I just bought Julius Caesar and I'm getting a strange error launching it. It says "invalid platform", I'm running windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.191, the exact error is "invalid platform". I have tried to re-install twice, to update and to validate local files, I've cleared my Steam file cache as well. please help!...

Anyone have an idea on how to unlock it? Simply using the Russians for all acts or just on the election and winning doesn't seem to work.
