Try shooting sth with shotgun up close. Sth is messed up. Also when I die there is no "end"

Please Add Steam Achievements it's a turn off not having them for many players and buyers.

I changed the keybinds, but my new keys are not used. I found arrows or WASD move, q change weapon, mouse aim and fire, k toggle decals, but I have no idea how to grab powerup. I would have tried the crouch key, except I have no idea what the old key for it was (and new key is ignored). Seem R does some ♥♥♥♥♥ sound too?
