The game looks good, but the tutorial...
The game looks good, the movement feels good, but what is wrong with the tutorial ?! The first thing new player encounters in a game - and it is unspeakably bad. It is unacceptable even for home VR users. I can't imagine how people supposed to use it in arcades / location-based VR (if the arcade version of the game shares the same tutorial).

Issues with tutorial:
1. Blocking message windows interrupting the flow of actions is unacceptable as a whole;
2. The size of text too small for my old trusty HTC Vive. Yes, my VR system may sound outdated, but up to this day VR games still needs to support all VR hardware. It's not hard to place text just a bit close or make it bigger.
3. As a result of 1 and 2 it is very easy to miss important information - text hard to read, there is A LOT of text and tutorial dos not provides enough time for the player to get familiar with all the information. It is overwhelming.

I can't imagine how a new guy in a VR arcade, who may experience the whole VR thing first time ever, supposed to learn so much info in such an uncomfortable way?

My propose for the tutorial:
1. Instead of a blocking panels of texts, make them placed in an environment - in a level itself. To allow the player to read it as he walks by
2. Add animations to explain basic rules - f.e. for the movement - keep visual hints where it goes a little longer to ensure player 200% familiar with the concept of moving in a direction of a gun
3. For the reloading tutorial - in addition to a NON-blocking text place a 3D model of soldier who continuously performs reloading so the player can look at him and just repeat.
4. For a good measure, allow the player to shoot several targets and do reloading several times in a process.
5. One of the best approaches for tutorial - to integrate them in an actual game and make them situational. It is used widely in a modern gamedev: f.e. player spent all the ammunition for the first time ever or struggling to perform a reload for, let's say, 15 seconds - the game detects this and shows hints about reloading right on the gun and controllers without stopping the game. The player get's low on health - the game also showing what to do e/t/c/
6. And never ever interrupt the action with blocking message windows!
7...
8. Profit !!!
