When it says "effect: pummel," is it using the pummel skill? If so what's the trigger, or is it saying the damage resist and health are triggering when I use pummel?

effect: pummel uses pummel rnd on autohits (not sure about the trigger).
it uses your full talented skill without ressources and without cooldown.
