tbh I think they are the same thing, but you need to go for all 5 endings (Just save before the final girl choice) and then it will secretly unlock a 6th option when you reload it again

The perfect ending it's that an achievement for getting all the choices correct(theres a guide on the community for that) to get the cannon you need to get to day 5 with just 1 scene unlock for every one
