I know, it may sound ridiculous, but the plot isn't the most important part of the game. And yes, just like it was said, in game you reconstruct car accidents as you were there, on the car crash site, moments after it happened.
It's more like a 'VR' simulation than a real rescue simulator. So that's why, we wanted to push players to do everything in the right order, step by step. Thanks to it, we can teach people what to do in case of an emergency. I mean, we're not gonna train qualified personnel on this game, but at least we want to encourage people what to do in car crashes.
