This game plays like the first half of a gamemaker tutorial game.

That is to say, there's no control information, no score, no feedback on losing other than resetting to start location,etc. I'm not even sure there's a way to quit the game, other than alt+f4.

But they do have the movement, hit detection, and firing control button in, so there's that at least.

The game is as follows:
1. right after the launch of the game, you are introduced to the GearBox 2 logo that severely reminds you of the olden and trashy rip off mobile apps. And in this case, judging a book by its cover is a hyperbolic outlook towards this devilishly deceiving abhorrent game.

2. Upon menu screen, the text "Gardener the Ripper" appears in text and an oddly off-placed "Play!" is put in the only option, giving a clear point that you should just close the application and uninstall as soon as possible. The nonexistant soundtrack makes it only 3x better- you prepare for the quality content that lays ahead.

3. You quickly realize the top-down game that also resembles quite similar to the Oregon Trail's "Hunt for Food" feature. Controls are through the arrows, and the shooting button is mouse. You are given within a singular second before the first... evil radish..? begins attacking you. With superior speed you are able to easily outrun and outgun the first, with terrible hitboxes and a messed up movement system and gun mechanic that only allows in x and y values.

4. The closer you come to realising the game has no purpose, the more anxiety you feel as you rush around the football-arena sized court. You question your purpose, you question your sanity. Did the creators seriously just attempt to create a touchdown simulator? Enemies flood in and easily overpower you, rending your weapon useless unless used in a very kill-train like fashion.

5. You quickly realize- that yes, this game is nothing but a touchdown simulator, and is literally not worth your time. You uninstall and hope that those 2 minutes of gameplay will still allow you to request a refund. And my best wishes to those who manage to play this more than three hours, you are the true heroes amongst us.

The best mechanic, likely, is the ability to only be able to move in one direction, while the character is unable to take two inputs at once and will either keep moving in the first direction or stop altogether. Enemies spawn inside the large green blobs I can only assume are the "Cabbages" and have no collission sizes, so you can easily keep running from them for as long as you don't get hit by the rogue ones that aren't occupied being herded together like cattle.

In all honesty though, I have no clue how this was allowed on steam, as well as why it costs anything.

Difficult to see our attack.Enemy resporn is very fast.So We can't annihilate them.
