Play on the sandbox mode, make sure your park is fully maxed out with one of each attraction and enough amenities, and then spam VIPs to the park using the options. It was the only way I could do it. I had perfected all the attractions based on customer feedback (added plenty of plants, barrels, half-walls and items) and reduced all the prices to near zero, had zero downtime on guns because of so many workers and workbenches, had all level 3 weapons and left the game running for a few hours and still couldn't get it. I think I just have to use the cheats menu.
4 of the 6 are dead simple:
- Park Value: Just spend a lot of money building stuff, it's the easiest one to fullfil
- Arena Type: Build at least 1 of every arena type
- Item Rating: Have at least 15 of each weapon (including each rank)
- Guest Amount: Have 200+ people in the park. Use the TV research to boost
That leaves the last 2:
- VIP: Build arenas, fun, etc that fullfill the exact specifications of each VIP.
- Guest Happiness: This one is by FAR the most annoying to get and randomly changing. Simplest way to get it high is build lots of restaurants, coffee shops, ATM's and toilets. Plant stuff EVERYWHERE (use the overlay). Make sure your arenas are not "bland" or "too many items". Keep the queue lengths to 15-30 minutes (3 or 4 tiles). They seem happier to wait in a game than to queue.
