PS - i admit i haven't seen no game no life but if its anything of a background thing, it could be a collab between the companies, its not uncommon to see games in TV. Timeplitters (one of my favourite games of all times) appears in Shaun of The Dead, it doesn't mean the movie ripped it off in anyway.
As said, not seen no game no life so can't say for sure.
NGNL made a reference to Gal Gun, with Sora's exact words

Obviously stating that Gal Gun came first AND references to games and other anime happen ALOT often in anime...You must be new to anime if you truly thought that.
