Bardock level up grind?

So I really wanna get to lvl 150 to fight frieza but it's taking sooo long to even get to level 70, am I doing something wrong? Getting to 300 with goku and vegeta was way easier

i found that the best way to get those few extra levels in is by replaying the storymode frieza boss fight.

the horde battle gives i think over 1 million exp, dodoria gives over 1 million exp as well, and frieza himself gives 3 million exp

rinse and repeat

afterwards, i just spammed the dodoria boss fight in the advanced training grounds to get experience and the exp water items to level the rest of the way

EDIT: this means the story mode frieza who is very low level gives more exp than the level 150 exp frieza in the advanced training mode...for some reason

I did that until I got to level 160, then I switched to the level 150 Freeza fight since it took less time to do and still gave decent XP plus ultimate sacred waters
