Mods to remove/change superarmor on enemies ?

Needless to say, I am immensely annyoed by hyperarmor.
It was OK in 1v1 fights, but having 1 guy charge me through my kamehameha while the other shoots a burst where 1 hit staggers me out of kamehameha is...uh...utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Sadly there are too little outcries about this as I wouldnt have bought the game had I known how bad this fighting feels cuz of superarmor/cutscene spam from enemies.

Didnt find a mod for it on the "most endorsed" on nexusmods...any recommendations ?
