Does Legendary edition include everything in the steam DLC store?
Would be nice if they included a tag in individual DLC like, "This is included in..." Yet I am left confused. Don't want to get scammed. Also have heard that legendary edition might not include some DLC or a future DLC that is yet to come. Would be nice to get clarification on this one.

Is the game complete yet? Can I wait for a sale on the Leg Edition? And also get everything in the DLC store with it?

The contents of the Legendary editon are listet on the store page under the news and events section: It includes per description:

The Legendary Edition includes:
• Full game
• Season Pass (2 original episodes and a new story arc)
• Season Pass 2 (3 new story arcs)
• 2 Cooking Items that give your character temporary and permanent Stat boosts
• Tao Pai Pai Pillar

Season Pass one are both the Gods DLC ( A NEW POWER AWAKENS SET so Beerus and Freeza) and the Future Trunks DLC
Season Pass 2 includes the Bardock DLC, the 23rd Tournament DLC and one that hasn't been announced yet.

It doesn't include the music bundle or the bonus items pack but it's not that releveant since you can only select specific music between story bits, and the bonus items is again just a pointless item, an early unlock for something you get later, and a single extra subquest (out of like 100-200)

All gameplay DLCs are included in the bundle, the game is finished but additional content (the 3rd DLC for Season pass 2) is still being developed. If they ever decide to make more DLC after the next one you will have to buy it seperately.

If you ask me the Legendary Edition isn't worth it you pay way wayy more money for things that aren't necessary. (the items are worthless and you will use the Tao Pai Pai Pillar for 30 seconds and then never again) Just buy the base version, that already is 90%-95% of the game. If you enjoy it over the weekend or if you are a big fan of dragonball buy the season one pass now since it is on sale.

I don't own Season 2 Pass yet but for season one, the Power Awakens Set is Post game content you can access at the start immediatly. It also functions as a level up booster (you can get from LV 1 to the Endlevel of the normal game in 2 hours if you really wanted to and have no challenge in the game, fun to try out in a 2nd playthrough) the Trunks DLC is a seperate story that has some rewards that carry to the main one ( It's only really relevant if you do it before the Android/Cell Saga though I just did it at the very end)

regarding the 2 cooking items and the tao pai pai pillar where do i find these items in game?
i only just started playing. up to the part where radditz lands and i do not see them items listed in game. do I have to progress to a certain story line to get them?

You can buy these separately.

Add that you'll also miss SP 3 as that doesn't yet exist. But if it works like the current system, then later Legendary purchases after the first DLC for SP 3 comes out will include all of SP 3.
