Cant accept the terms on the opening menu

Just got the game but i cant play it because i cant accept the terms agreement on the opening page.
The button guide in the bottom of the screen shows controls for a controller not for keyboard so i dont know what to press to accept them. I pressed every button on the keyboard and nothing.
I did the same with my switch controller and nothing.
Any help?

UPDATE: its not even registering my switch controller at all even though i can use my switch controller in STEAM i cant use it to skip the opening scene or anything in game so that may be why its not registering anything when i press all the buttons on the controller.
please help.

Since no one was willing to help i figured it out on my own.
If anyone else runs into this issue press ESC to accept the terms.
Now have to figure out how to use the controller with the game because it still wont register it and i tried looking in graphics settings like that one guy said and its not there.

i laughed when i saw this but now i downloaded the game im struggling the

This is an mind-blowing problem... Not even taking into account the keyboard to validate on a COMPUTER program... Do the Japanese code with controllers?
