Steam deck no save data found

After purchasing dragon Ball z kakarot and DLC played the game for a few hours loving it.
Problem is I booted it up today and no save file game boots up as if I just launched it for the first time.
now I've already read and heard about the issues with this game on steam so when I was playing I played it offline to begin with to avoid this problem.
This will be the fourth time I booted up the game and this time no save file. Please help I've tried quite a few fixes online nothing's working why hasn't steam and the game developer fix this problem yet

In DBZ: Kakarot online and offline saves are stored separately on steam deck; I don't know why but that's the way it works. If you want to load a save you have to have the same online/offline status when you load as when you saved.

I do it hasn't changed before I purchase this game I saw these comments I set it up so I wouldn't have to deal with this I followed all of it play the game for roughly 4 hours and then like I said on the original post logged in and save was completely gone game booted up like it was brand new now steams being a ♥♥♥♥ cuz I asked for a full refund on it and they won't refund it

I just spam multiple save slots and restart when they don't load properly. Works decently.

Indeed the first time I lost my save I started a new game. The third time I launched I had my first session again although i though i'll find my second one...
Does disabling steam cloud helps anyhow?

Just lost my save and no clue what just happened. Just completed the Frieza arc, launched the game today and... gone. Tried to restart in offline mode in case maybe I was offline the first time but no dice. What happened D:

same issue, only played it on Steam Deck, any idea how to reach the savedata location on the Steam Deck
