Mira is missing
After playing through the game, I started a new one.
Now I've done the Boo saga and defeated all red shinning opponents incl. Gotenks and Vegeto but Mira doesn't appear anywhere and the sequence "no we have enough power ..." is also missing. :/

Does it say you have villainous enemies at planet of the Kai's?

Edit: I know when I did it I wasted time looking for him at the wrong elevation.

No, Mira is not at planet of the Kai's.
Something is going wrong since 1.04.
After I started a new game and finished the Saiyan saga, the red shinning opponents (lvl 120-180) appeard on the map.
I guess that's the reason why the sequences with Towa and Mira are missing especially the fight with Mira.
