Is DLC 5 included with the Legendary Edition?

Yes, it is. The Legendary Edition includes both season passes, which means it will get you covered up until DLC 6 (the next one).

That is incorrect I own the legendary edition Season pass 1 was included. but Season pass 2 was announced way after so had to be purchased

Ya, it has to be since Legendary edition says it includes season pass 2, although for some reason I had to purchase season pass 2 when it came out, and could have sworn legendary edition was available but I guess early adopters got screwed.

You guys own the ULTIMATE Edition, which was the most expensive version of the game back then. The Legendary Edition replaced the Ultimate Edition when Season Pass 2 was released.
