Planet Kanassan Softlock

I got attacked as I was trying to enter the final city battle sequence, and upon choosing not to enter, a text box appeared as a transition to exiting the load zone for the final sequence. Because I was attacked at the instance of entering the load zone, the text box loaded as I exited but I was loaded into a fight at the same time. All controls were disabled and I was left needing the help of my teammates in order to escape the fight; however, upon finish of the fight, the text box will not disappear regardless of how many buttons I press. My controls will not move my character in any sort of matter. I am currently soft locked and don't remember the last save point unfortunately. Any way I can report this bug?

UPDATE: The bug deleted 2 hours of gameplay, starting me at the very beginning of the Kanassan Planet. In that time I had leveled up 7 or so levels, increased my skill tree, learned new training moves, beaten 3 bases. All gone. Not the first time a bug like this has tarnished my Kakarot experience. Lovely.

unfortunately yes, though the dlc was super short anyway :(
