Villainous Raditz and Nappa bug. Help!

I defeated all the small villainous enemies in the fist area and unlocked Villainous Raditz/Nappa. I then tried to fight them, and decided to just escape. Now when i come back to try and fight them again, they are gone. The marker is still on the map, but they aren't there...
