Need help finding ingredients

Does anyone have a site that can help with info regarding meals? I'm trying, for right now, to just make the first Full Course Meal. I'm in the second intermission so I've done the sidequest already but now I'm trying to find the ingredients to make more for the exp boost. But I checked every area for what ingredients you can find and none of them list the ingredients necessary to make the meal. Along with that, I've checked several merchants and haven't found any that sell the ingredients I need. Any advice or a site that lists where to get the more hard to find stuff?

What ingredients do you need exactly? I don't know of a complete cooking guide/database, but for the time being maybe people can help you find them.

She's talking about all the items to make full course meals besides what you get from trees and other items your ki-senses can see. I'm having the same problem.. I can't defeat the ginyu force because the battle doesn't replenish my hp bars at the start of the second fight but I have no healing items I used them in the fight with friezas first set of goons... I have no idea where to find them let alone go through the annoying menu system to equip and make stuff

You can easly buy healing items from vendors in villages, they are not that expensive. And if you don't have money, sell some stuff, there are items which are only for selling. As far as I know, there is no limit how many healing items you can use during battles.

Update: I figured out the problem. The answers aren't really anywhere as far as I can tell but BASICALLY you have to just have Chi-chi make meals for you (or whoever really) and then you turn the meals she makes into full course meals by combining them.

This and the dishes you can cook at Vendors.

Full Course Meals do stack btw unless they contain the same stat.

So you can actually get Stuff like
+35% ATK
+20% KI ATK
+30% HP
+15% Ki
+20% DEF
+20% Ki DEF

Which is an insane Boost to your stats worth around 3-5 Level Ups.
