Turtle Side Quest - May contain spoilers

During the side quest, you have to get a royal tomato, the only downside is that I accidentally skipped the dialogue with the farmer and seem to have been softlocked from finishing the quest, unless there was something he asked me to do that I missed. Any help with pointing me in the correct direction, if possible would help.

Note: This is before going to Namek.

Go to the part of the world where Kame house is and dive below the water. You'll need to find a fair few fishes. In game you are told to look beneath were the birds are, but i just dove below water and looked all over.

But where is the farmer? Unless I missed something it's not showing on my map, the sub story marker just points to Kame House.

Edit: It's in southeast mountains area (goku's house)

Go to goku's house, the side quest continues there. Fair warning, sidequests passed this point will require you to look around a bit more and not lead you. The maristone for instance was an annoying one, because I didn't remember something basic the game taught me early on xD.

That's fine but the quest literally said it would be marked on the map so it was a bit confusing.

I found it immediately after I made my post anyways, I was just being lazy.

He said he'd mark the spot on your map, which he does if you go to the highlighted text of "South east mountains." The map only has one spot like that =P.

dose that mean i need to use the time machine to complete the quest i m doing all sidequest's now that i m done with the story but the farmer is not there / gone
