-Open Cheat Engine
-Click on the icon with a magnifying glass and a monitor
-Find "AT-Win64-Shipping.exe", mark it by clicking on it and click on the "Open" button.
-Press CTRL+O on your keyboard and find the "DBZK (FPS + FOV) v1.41.CT" file that I have uploaded.
-In the bottom half of the cheat engine window you will now find 2 rows with one being the Max FPS and one being the FoV
- Furthest to the left on these rows in the "Active" column there are an empty box that you need to click so that it has a checkmark in it. What this does is "freezing" or "locking" whatever is put into the "value" column.
-Now you need to right click on one of the rows, the FPS MAX for example.
-In the menu that pops up, go to "Change record" and click on value and input your desired maxfps, 120 or 144 for example.
-Now do the same for the FoV row. (Click the box so that it has a checkmark, and input a value of your desired FoV.

I have the ASI Loader plugin that I've been maintaining which doesn't require a Cheat Engine table.

Although I've been having issues with Windows 10, and I got fed up with reinstalling the OS every few months, so I just decided to bite the bullet and move over to Linux, so I still need to figure out how I'm going to go about reading Cheat Engine related stuff, using a debugger, and figuring out a way to cross-compile Windows DLLs.

Null? What do you mean by null? I got here from searching how to change the fps cap and the single word "Null" does not help at all, so how is this thread so popular? Was something deleted?

The thread is kind of irrelevant now that I released an FPS uncap DLL plugin, and since I can't delete Steam threads (Since I don't want out of date information accessible), that is the second thing I can do to redirect people to the new patch.
