Does it work with Ps4 controller and is there prompts?

It works and there are prompts. You can choose what prompts you want in the options

It works. Just choose type A for icons in the options and you'll see a PS4 button layout.

Pretty late to this but it does have controller support for Xbox and PS4 controllers and has the icons for both of then that you can change in settings of "type A" being PS4 and the other being XBOX, Since it does have controller support as well you don't need any programs like "DS4" since that will just make the game think your pressing the button twice which can get you stuck in certain prompts like NPC chat
