Report a translation problem
Because it's always the same dumb argument. "Oh it has denuvo? Hard pass''. If it's something so relevant for you enough to make a thread about it, i'm sure you've either done it before or read other threads from other games with a similar question.
And it is always in the EULA of a game. Because it has to be by law. So open up the EULA, search on ''denuvo'' and done. If it's not mentioned, it's not in there.
Not defending denuvo, people are just lazy.

Do you have a particular instance in which they didn't? I'm actually curious because I was always pretty confident it was in the EULA. I know it's not in big red letters on the steam page, never is, but as far as i'm aware it's always in the EULA.

Doesn't list Denuvo or have it in the EULA, but if you look elsewhere you'll learn it has Denuvo.

Denuvo has never stopped me from playing games at 60 FPS or 4K.
