Nope. Dragon Ball GT was made non-canon with the release of Dragon Ball Super, and so SSJ4 was not included in this game.

There is a mod which will allow you to use SSJ4, but the mod author is (illegally) charging for use of the mod via Patreon. (Charging $60 to use it, last time I saw)

Wow, $60 really? What a joke, I'd be shocked if anyone paid for it, and anyone who would is a massive fool... I know a lot of people like it but personally I think SSJ4 is one of the most lame creations in the entire series, so I'm pretty glad GT isn't canon for that very reason, and because kid Goku felt like kind of a forced plot device. There's a lot of that series that just doesn't fit well with the rest of the series imo, which is probably the real reason it was made non-canon.

you realize that GT is actually cannon, despite how many fan boys want to stroke themselves.

It takes place AFTER the events of SUPER.

I did some research since my last post...
GT is not canon to the manga, nor does it take place after Super. The events in Super directly contradict several of the events in GT. One example of this is characters saying that SSJ4 "has the highest power level of all SSJ transformations" but Word of God (Toriyama himself in an interview) says that SSJ-god is more powerful than SSJ4.

However... It IS considered to be canon. It's effectively a canon AU/timeline. (different from the Future Trunks type of timeline)
It has the same status as the movies.

And you're completely right, I feel like if anything, Super has made GT more canon with its time-travel and multiverse thing that's been going on.

Just want to clear some things up here. First and foremost ssj4 is a mod and it is freely available. https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonballzkakarot/mods/195. The mod is NOT compatible with the ultra instinct mod Limitless V2 since it replaces ssj4 with ssgss kaioken x20 so you have to pick between the two. ssgss kaioken x20 or GT. I could do some more digging/testing to try and edit my own compatible version but i really don't feel like it.

super sayan 4 became canon on the goku black manga part, after goku black went after trunks in the past on the alternative timeline he realized that he couldnt go back to the past and stay for some time, he then tried to go to the future where he met kid goku, there he learned how to reach ssj3 and then he reached rose form, and kid goku entered ssj4 and give black a beating like it was nothing so at that point ssj4 became cannon and not only that but its stronger than god form

No, however, DLC 1 & 2 has God and Blue. With Blue only obtainable in the postgame.

GT may not be canon, but there are better things than in super. Also, other recent games have included GT, so they could include it in this one too
