Which DB Game is the best overall

Hey,

im trying to decide which Dragon Ball game I would like to purchase. This Dragon Ball Z Kakarot game looks promising but I've heard the fighting mechanics are a bit shallow and you can basically spam your most powerful ability which isn't really fun in my opinion.

Is there a Dragon Ball game similar to the new one in terms of graphics etc. that also has good fighting mechanics ? Or which game would you recommend me.

I'm thinking about Kakarot, but if the fighting mechanics are really that bad I wouldn't really get it tbh.

kakarot is the best dbz game, but i wish there was more content in this game.

Xenoverse 2 is worse IMO than Xenoverse 1, because you reset all progress of story events and PQs in 2 when you create a new character.

this one is the goat xenoverse the combat is just spamming ki blast all over left and right this one the cpu will actually do damage if you spam attacks.

Honestly, I prefer games like DBZ SSW where the game can take place in alternate universes. My issue with Xenoverse is everyone's so obsessed with keeping things the way they happened in Dragon Ball Z, that it's not as fun.

FigherZ is the best Dragon ball game and the second is Dragon ball Kakarot, you get a really good vs mode in FigherZ and good story mode in Kakarot

For myself I would say FighterZ, I like 2d style fighting games and this game is also the closest representation of the manga/anime. I do have to say I wish it had in-game transformations.

I don't like FighterZ as much because they keep on making separate versions of Goku and Vegeta instead of combining some. Plus there's no new story content after all the DLC fighters got added, making the story fighters seem like not very much.

if you want a no effort piece of crap play KAKAROT
