I've seen a mod, but apparently it doesn't work with the current version of the game, only with version 1.04
Are there several mods?
Actually there is supposed to be a 3rd DLC, in the game there are three DLC, two of which are out already. One that says it is coming soon.
Although the chances that the support characters will be playable is unknown but I think unlikely. I hope I am wrong and they allow the support characters to be playable and the fusion character also.
Especially when the debug version showed that every single support character and opponent has complete movement animations (flying, walking, running) and most of them have at least four special attacks.
Sure, the gameplay isn't fantastic, but it's decent enough. The game, however, offers something no other DB game has: battles in virtually endless environments, in a DB open world setting, and a sense of scale closer to the anime.
I could see enormous multiplayer potential here: from a simple 1v1 to team battle, or even capture the flag-like modes involving the Dragon Balls. Even if this was only local multiplayer or even solely AI VS, it'd still be much better for me than a card game nobody asked for and nobody plays.
Many say multiplayer modes wouldn't make sense because this is an RPG (which, let's face, it isn't, it's just an adventure game, where your progress is basically pre-set and your choices matter very little), but the reality is as such Kakarot will soon fade away, whereas new VS modes would expand the game's longevity significantly.
Thanks, but according to the description of the mod that you comment, it does not work since version 1.04 of the game. :( Does the current version of the game work for you?
wat....it doesnt work...?
