Sub Quest after finish boo chapter

i finished the final quest with boo, now i want to do the rest of the side quests.
the side quest is "Good Ol'goku" where i should get this quest from Bora and Upa, but if i enter this area, they dont have an marker on his face an i dont get it. i finished the othter side quest an this quest is the only i could make. i played with goku in grp, i played with only goku, nothing works, i was at the timemashine but theres is nothing too. need help.
