Save Data Missing? SOLVED(?)

Okay, so, I installed this game yesterday, right? My internet went out at 2:00 PM, so I figured "Eh, might as well play Kakarot then" and I played for about 5 hours, making it to "Gohan's Crash Course in Survival" before I noticed that my internet was back. So, I closed out of the game and restarted Steam into online mode, but when I re-launched Kakarot, my save data wasn't there? I tried moving the Save from the Appdata location to the Steam Location, and it made the auto-save appear there, but when I try to load it, it just says "No save data found". Am I going to have to start all over again, or is there SOME way to fix this?

Edit: Okay, so I have no idea what happened, I didn't do anything to Steam, nor did I do anything to the game, all I did was wait like 4-5 hours and then try to load it again and it loaded up, so I have no idea what I "did" but...I guess it worked?

bro, that happened to me early... I lost about 16 hours of game, i dont have idea howw fix it

This happened to me, there are two types of saves the ones on "steam cloud" and the ones on your computer. When I ran it online it automatically offered me to sync both saves so I didn't have to look for it manually but I do know that there´s an option to sync your own save to the cloud one. Hope this helps

You'll just need to restart the steam client when you can connect to the internet again. The game default's to the Steam Cloud for data saves. After the restart just select the auto save file when you log in and don't worry if the files show an extremely old save (last auto/manual offline save, if you happen to have), or say "Cleared Game Data" it'll refresh.
