Do an avatar creator with online please

I don't understand why everyone always begs for character creators. I don't want to play as some bland dead-eyed white guy shoe-horned in with actually established characters with real background.

Its done in the name of making things more personalized and intimate but ends up being 400x less personalized and intimate than playing as an established character.

I like creating myself in games that allow it for the sake of immersion. I'm someone who likes being immersed. That doesn't make me a narcissist. I also agree that mute characters are stupid.

While Xenoverse is a little fun, character creation only really works with choice which you usually can't really get putting it into an a established franchise otherwise you're just making a skin.

The established franchise part isn't the problem. XV still ultimately boils down to you just playing through the greatest hits of DBZ just like you are this game. It's constantly retelling the same story that doesn't offer a lot of freedoms or flexibility.

DB Online, Heroes, & Fusions offer more freedom with their story lines, not via player choice but in the stories they're telling & that's because they weren't mainline console game. TOEI unfortunately wants all the console games to stick to the story of the anime.

The Future Era created for Dragonball Online offers a ton of freedom for character creation, customization, and just fully original stories that can take place in the Dragonball world. Problem is that someone in a relatively high position of authority when it comes to the Dragonball license seems to be scared to actually take full advantage of what the Future Era offers in terms of being able to do original things. Even Xenoverse which took advantage of a lot of the Future Era content made for Dragonball Online seemed completely afraid to stray to far away from retelling the anime canon yet again.
