How is the PC port?
Is there any performance issues or problems compared to the PS4 version?

PS4 version drops down to 20 FPS.
All console versions only run at 30 FPS max, even the XBOX One X and PS4 Pro versions.

The consoleversions are bad ports.

The PC version is not a masterpiece of a PC port but still the only version that offers 60 FPS officially and +144FPS via soft modifying while the CPU & GPU usage stays efficiently low.

60FPS, near instant loading and support for both Xbox and PS controls makes it the best version

Don't listen to trash reviewers. This game optimization is top notch. I have a GTX 1070 and a trash level CPU (i5 2400) and I can play at 1440p max settings with 115% screen percentage. It is always 60fps for me and not a single drop. On top of that I am at Buu saga with more than 20 hours of play and not a single crash yet.

Bottom line:
The port is flawless.

As others have mentioned and the reasons why the pc version is better, those, plus mods.

I still don't believe instant Load Times unless I see a Video. It is 5 to 10sec though no matter if HDD or SSD in most cases.

But I play it in 4k@60FPS with 4790k and 1080GTX

Game crashed once in 58 Hours.

Only the Super Attack is a little buggy not executing all the time when it should.

He wrote "near instant" which is correct as the average loading time for me takes less than 2 seconds (Samsung 960 EVO M.2 NVMe SSD).
Of course you won't get that if your SSD is running on SATA.

Runs at 60 but not optimized well, its really laggy especially when you use Goku's spirit bomb.

My 1060 with i5 6600 plays incredible with all max settings.

Luckily, I only experience this if I'm spammimg the spirit bomb back to back
i5 9600k, 1060 6GB, 16GB ram, installed on samsung SSD (sata connection) - I played with all settings maxed out and even upped the render resolution to 200, stayed 60 for that vast majority of gameplay. Loadscreens basically non-existant for me.
I've run into a few crashes with fighting villain battles close to each other, and as someone else said I get frame drops if I spam Ultra Spirit Bomb and a few other specials really fast(anything with a large explosion seems to tank it if used in quick succession but that isn't surprising).
Other than that the default PC hotkey setup is pretty crazy, felt like my left hand was playing twister till I changed the keys myself. Flying controls were definitely developed entirely with analog in mind, felt very weird with PC controls but it was very smooth with a controller.
I have a Vega 56 and play at 4K with 90% render resolution and it's smooth except for loading stutter when you first load in.

Its really good. But I wish they had a 120FPS option and 21:9 ultra widescreen support.
