Yajirobe Sub-Story (Yajirobe and Korin)

Yajirobe doesn't show up so I can't do the mission. Does anyone have any tips how to fix?

did you guys do all the submissions up to that point some you have to do befor it lets you do others if you miss them you have to go back and do them befor you can complete the rest all so are you the right guy you can check who you have to be to do the missions on the story list

Did every main and sub quest up until that point, got the blue sub quest marker on World Area but when I went to Sacred Land of Korin quest didn't showed up, i tried restarting game, verify files and reinstall game, still wouldn't show up. So I just skipped it and hopefully it works when going back in time with the Time Machine..
