Save Files Corrupted FIX!!!

For anyone that has experienced their game saves being corrupted try this.
Go here and delete the remote folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR STEAM NUMBER\851850

After that go to
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\AT\Saved\SaveGames

If you have the steam cloud enabled for this game(disable it after this) log into the steam cloud page at https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage

Find Kakorot and replace the files in your SAVEGAMES folder you just pulled up.

Before you start the game edit the name of your saves to add .sav at the end(ie ManualSave0.sav) Do this for all the files you copied over.

This will only work if you havent saved over the files in your steam cloud.

When you open the game and hit continue, your saves files should still look broken, but load your manual save and it should load up.

Sorry for not knowing the best way to explain but after trying for 3 days to figure it out with no help from any other post i figured id post this. If it helps you then thats great. It was killing me because i had hours into the game and didnt want to start all the way over. It worked for me. If it helps you let me know and if anyone can tell me why this worked for me also let me know.

Im assuming this happened because it changed the file type when it synced with the steam cloud? I honestly have no clue. But it worked, maybe there is a easier way that im not aware of but these are the steps i did.

hi for some reason i dont have a system save will this work without system save? and what do you mean by load your manual save up bc for me it doesnt say load or continue only new game

If you cant continue then I'd assume you have no save file at all. This was for if you had a save file but it was corrupted.

I HAD A A SAVE FILE AND AFTER I DID THIS THEY ARE ALL GONE AND I CANT LOAD INTO ANY SAVES

This worked for me just now. I got back 200 levels and almost 100hrs. Thank you!
