Bonyu is filler you dweb, do I need to spell it out for you? She's an original character created specifically for this lame game, she's outside of the original canon thus a filler! Not only did you prove you don't know what a filler means with that comment, I guess you're not a hardcore Dragon Ball fan like myself since you didn't even know that much!

These are some important segments of the game, look at Goku's face, looks like crap! If every segment is cheaply produced like this, this game is gonna flop so hard! People are getting hyped over this just because of the DB name, but once they actually play the game they're gonna get burned just like Jump Force.
She's designed by Akira Toriyama, the original creator. Quite literally everything that comes from him is considered Canon unless he directly states otherwise.
Everything else is irrelevant.
Wrong. That would make Mira and Towa, Kane and Galena and Android 21 canon. But do you know why they're not canon? Because they're not part of the original canon, you cannot insert a non-canon character in the original story that's already made without retconning the series. So if the DragonBall manga was the original canon, then Dragonball Z anime with Snakeway would be the retcon canon. But for many the manga is the real canon, so there's no place for Bonyu.
You just don't get it dweb, I never said those character were canon, that's because the games are not canon! Also by "We" your talking to yourself, because you're the only one that doesn't know what a "filler" is, so let me break it down for you. A "filler" as the name implies, fills up space, a character fills up space. The reason a character like Goku and Vegeta are not fillers is because they're canon characters from the manga written by the original author. Paikuhan on the other hand is a filler character, his whole plot in the otherworld and movies is filler, Garlic Jr. is another filler character, they're are filling content injected within story but outside the main plot/canon. Get it now, or do I need to break it down more for you N00b? Bonyu is a filler character, she not from the manga and she never will be, she's made for this lame ass game that loosely follows the manga/main canon, but then they throw all this irrelevant filler content inbetween, like Eighter, he's a canon character but he's a filler character in this game, he shows up in a time not from the manga, to give Goku little subquests, but Goku only meets him as a kid in the canonverse, so Eighter is a filler character in this game.
Ok bigot. I'm about to close this topic so no one has anything productive to say, everything that needed to be said has been said.
If you want to follow the original meaning of canon it's essentially everything that comes from the original creator, hence why GT was never considered canon because while it has a manga, it was never done by Toriyama aside from a few designs like Pan, Trunks etc. (and no ssj4 wasn't his original design, the sketch that goes around from him was done after ssj4 was already created, it was just his take on the design.)
So if it's manga, then why doesn't GT count? Has a manga.
For clarification: I am not saying I believe any of this, what I am doing is showing you how flawed it all is, hence why I believe the only real thing we should believe is everything that comes from Akira himself.
