There is no sound on this game only when doing remote play

Some of the achievements are not functioning properly. Samano has passed level 20, but the Judgement Fractured achievement will not be released. Michi has passed level 20, but the achievement "Harming Cat" will not be released. Prisca is now over level 25, but the achievement "F-5" is not released. Are these bugs?...

as soon as i press a button on my xbox one bluetooth controler game crashes is this known and is this gonna be fixed?
