How difficult is the game? Do you need to know much about astronomy already to play it?

I got it once and it gave a 20% bonus, without me spinning the wheels which was nice, but after that it never appeared again (so far). I thought it's from level 7, but apparently not. How do I get it?

Hi i have the problem then i build my first Telescope, and all the time it only says accurace to bad, with 99,5xxxxx Percent, and the nmack your adjustements, and continue, i can not go back and stuck into a window without any buttons, only i can adjust days and money :(...

Just became level 10 and it said anomalies appeared, but I still only see star.
