Seed For Farming Emeralds?

Hey does anybody have a seed with the Emerald Giant on the first floor? It would make farming for the golden weaponry and the last few expensive items a lot easier as they are just so expensive it would take like 20 hours in normal runs to get the emeralds needed. Also does anyone also have a seed fro the Cat Painting? That painting has been eluding me for so long and it's one of final achievements I need to get. Thanks!
