Touhou Luna Nights white portal doesn't show up

I beat the last boss twice but the white portal, that lead into the extra stage doesn't show up.

It does not show up, it opens. You mean you came to the portal's location in the first zone and it is still closed?

Yes, I got to the location but nothing happened.

After defeating Flan there should be a hint message that says the white gate is opened, it's triggered after the credit scroll and you must wait until the credit scroll ended, and see the message. Then press buttons at the message, Sakuya would return to the phone before Flan and game auto saved, the white gate is since opened.
