New Mode?

Hey guys!

So, as the patch notes say, there's a new Mode out once you beaten Boss Rush:

"There’s a brand new mode available after clearing Boss Rush, so keep playing Touhou Luna Nights and see if you can make it all the way through!"

I finished Boss Rush myself already, but anyone has any idea what that mode is? Thanks!

Nothing special or really interesting but NG+ is good if you will want to replay the game someday or to get No continues for you! achievement.

Has the "new mode" something to do with the black outfit shown in the announcement?

I have played 1 HP mode and All skills mode a little bit but none of them has a black dress shown on this GIF with Sakuya and asian dragon. No idea how to get this outfit.

Same, the black outfit makes me think of MegaMan Zero, where Hard Mode had a black armor, but neither HP1 nor All Skills+Dash give that, plus those modes were available before this patch, I played them immediately upon release of EX Stage(I finished EX Stage and Boss Rush that very day and they were there)
