Can't neither aim nor shoot with PS4 controller!?

The PS4 controller works perfectly except for the most important things: aiming and shooting! WTF am I missing here? I use big picture mode btw. Can anyone help?

The same thing happened to me with the Xbox 360 controller. I wasn't using big picture however. But yeah, I looked up the controls a few times and for sure, aiming and shooting doesn't work. It worked with the mouse, but not the controller. Were you playing the demo? I'm wondering if the bug is present in the full version of the game... because I obviously won't be buying it if this isn't fixed.

I fixed it in the meantime. The thing is that those buttons are not assigned! So all you have to do is assign those two buttons manually in the steam controls interface and then you can play.
Bad programming and the support has never answered to my email....

We are investigating this case by trying more Controllers as we cant catch this issue with the existing ones.

Hi Storyline ! Same Problem with my Xbox joypad, aim and shoot suddenly stopped working. first it stopped and started working again after shut down and than restart the game. now it never works. tried deinstall and install again. but don't work. can't aim and shoot. hope you can fix that soon, love to play that game :)

you were able to fix it ? if yes please help me out. have the same problem with my xbox pad^^
