Time is fast, hard to jump, please fix

I think the game speed is tied to screen refresh rate making the game run fast on some monitors, like my 120Hz 4K display. This makes jumping really hard in places. The clock when displayed is running fast. Can you fix this please.

I fixed the problem by changing my refresh rate to 60 Hz. Although I like playing this with double speed. It gives me a bit more challenge
