Job tickets seem totally unbalanced now.

Be for the last patch i was back and forth to Prudhoe bay constantly and used to get an average of 17000 in cash and 250 XP for a job.

Since the patch the highest Job ticket value to Prudhoe bay is roughly 8000 and the XP is roughly the same.

It is not worth the time to travel up to Prudhoe bay now because you can make more money and xp just doing the local jobs . Eg, One job to Prudhoe bay now = 3 local jobs with a lot more to gain in both XP and money.

Giving the distance and time to travel up to Prudhoe bay then surely people should be payed more for this long journey.
Its simply not worth the journey time now bearing in mind that fuel. tyre wear, oil, coolant etc has to factor into it too.

Thank you for the feedback - we've passed this on to be looked into, we're continually rebalancing the game and there's work still to be done. We'll look into this.

just as a sidenode... during winter (more exaktly during every season except summer) you get a season bonus. In the final result you only see the season bonus to the money - but it also adds to the job XP. So my last tour prudhoe-bay -> valdez got me 480XP & ~ $16.000
Since this seem to be a prozentual bonus you wont get that much with short jobs - because the season bonus on those is not that high.

My post was based on when i was caught in the loop of spring / summer / spring / summer and back to Spring. I have got through winter and i am back in spring approaching summer again.
I was taking deliveries from Valdez and alike and the price stated was actually 17000 without the bonuses. I have looked at the jobs now that i took prior and the max approx is now 8000 for the same journey. I did read somewhere that the Devs re-balanced the value of some tickets after the last patches.

Because of this reduction i find myself doing local jobs now Eg. I have just done 3 jobs and got roughly 6000 with 450 xp in half the time it would take to travel to prudhoe bay. Also bare in mind that there is not always a job to pick up at prudhoe for your return south again.

I really do like the longer journey deliveries but its got to be worth while taking them.

Valdez was nerfed in the patches from generating incorrect pay values the rebalance was in the patch notes. you can get 10K jobs but they are restricted to the harbour logistics and there higher cargo class C or D.
High pay jobs are across the river now... they are the 25HR time window delivery instead.
You can cycle the missions logistics give you with Y button but they can be lower paying or Higher so there is risk.

XP for a mission can also be based on how long you drove for so on some missions using sleep to lower the remaining time can boost the XP by a few points.
