Not all truck brands in North America have auto shut off for turn signals. I drive a 2022 Peterbilt 579 IRL and I have to shut off the turn signals manually.

Automatically canceling turn signals are a more recent thing in NA trucks. Previously, as a Professional Driver, you were expected to maintain their state yourself.

Not all trucks do this in real life, turcks as late as 2022 you still have to manually turn off the turn signals.
