Thrustmaster wheels should be supported - can you check the following guide, and see if these steps help at all?

Long story short: we use its components because it's more effective for a team of our size
I really love the game but with keyboard kinda clunky
This is not a promotion on my part, just a happy customer, but I recently purchased a Thrustmaster TS-PC Racer [ 1 ] with T-LCM Load Cell Pedals [ 2 ] and can absolutely confirm this game works brilliantly with their ecosystem.

My only suggestion is that you might need to install the Thrustmaster drivers and control panel software? That could be your problem.

Phobos
The PS3 mode from Thrustmaster on these models is changed on these models to run on PC still.
The console version, NO USB cable for pedals version works and you run the G-hub in the background only you dont touch any setting,,,
You still have to set up EVERY single part of the Wheel settings manualy in the game..
Every thing.
Pedals and every single button on the Wheel.
And the H-shifter if you have it.
All of it manualy in the game there are no presets.
