Graphics pretty bad, is it just me?

I have everything cranked to epic but the graphics look like a game from two decades ago. I don't have dlss, is that the reason?

Graphic are meh at best and alot of issues with roads disappearing while driving. Had a section where the world was gone. Closed down and opened back up and my trailer was 25% damaged and unhooked?!?

i thought they was low res, but it seems there streaming in very slow, or poorly and the view distance on items is very low and i have all maxed 3090, i have to directly look at an item for the texture to pop in

my truck just flipped on its side for no reason xD so im starting a new save as i aint paying 1k since im at the start of the game, but i think ill give it a few days see if they can work some of the kinks out (:

i carnt change screen size or the fps even after applying new settings even tried custom but still went back to no limit and yes i have tried windowed and full screen and still nothing tried veryfying files with steam nothing so now what ???

If you change your screen to fullscreen it will allow you to upscale res!!

Make sure you put it to FULL SCREEN

If the Resolution value in the GameUserSettings.ini file is not 100, I think setting it to 100 will eliminate the blurring.
In my environment, this value was initially set to 50, which made the image very blurry, but by changing it to 100, it became clearer.
