Cruise Control

Am I missing something or is there no cruise control in this game?

At launch there is no cruise control option, though this is something we may add with a future update.

Not sure how Cruise Control wasn't something added for release honestly, I'd suggest getting that in ASAP.

yeah playing on keyboard and mouse , constant throttling to get speed is getting annoying , need a cruise controll for those long haulings

Sorry, but this phrase is overused by any dev of any game ever. It's something small which could be patched in within a couple of days (even hours), so it's rather a yes or no question.

They are currently busy working on fixing the bugs which is more important than cruise control.

You have to think as they might release a lot of things at once and have a big update were it is added but they also add other things

Mouse steering and cruise control are a must for sim driving games! Should be on top of all other priorities, if you think is not a big deal, it really is. But your game is awesome, apart from that, is just a shame that cannot be fully enjoyed without a proper steering wheel, all other truck simulators got the genre wrong, is not about the truck, is about the trucker's life. You can't even get out of the truck in ETS or ATS, it is a real shame that they underestimated that as a part of making the experience not about trucks, but around trucks.

Ice roads will become pointless once cruse control is added.
As youll be able to set it to 19.9 and have zero risk of trigging falling through Ice,
but it would be better than just using 4th gear and still never falling in at all ether..

Was surprised to see there is none. It's a basic feature that needs to be added.
