I cannot figure out how to collect lfitic to activate these totems. Can someone please explain to me how to collect it?

Some missions have a resource cache of liftic, just connecting the network to it is enough

Most missions require you place a refinery within range of the greenar crystals, the greenar is then sent to a factory and turned into liftic

Edit:To get to hints you would have needed to collect liftic with a refinery to complete "We Know nothing" a 2 missions ago

Early missions have liftic available in a crate, shown with a green V shape. Connect it to your network via towers and it should automatically be ferried to totems connected to the same network.

Later on you will have to produce liftic yourself, which is done by placing a refinery near the glowing green crystals (Greenar), and placing your factory to convert the Greenar to liftic. Both the refinery and the factory need to be on the network of course, and the refinery needs to be in range of the Greenar (its reach radius is shown as a circle when placing the refinery).

It is also worth noting that the Greenar can't be harvested by the refinery if it's covered in creeper, so if needed make a perimeter around the Greenar with defenses so it can be harvested.
