What is a Crazon?

Hello, I played the Span Experiment map "Gort" and noticed there are some custom buildables, namely the Crazon, the Inverter, and the MiniFat.
Honestly I'm rather confused regarding what the first two are supposed to do (the MiniFat is essentially the Conversion Bomb from CW2). Would anyone by chance know?

Crazon is a 10 high wall to resist creeper flow.
Invert will reverse the flow direction of all creeper in range when destroyed.
