Sound & Video stutter.

Hey. I just got CW4 and I notice that even in the tutorial the game tends to stutter real bad if I use WSAD to move around the camera, the stutter seem to come in waves. Even the sound starts to stutter in sync with the video stutter. There is no difference if I change the game to max performance vs max visuals. Anyone noticed anything similar?

Of course, things we'll need are things contained in the game log, like your machine and monitor specs. etc.

No, tried everything that was suggested so far and no change.
