What I found was useful was to try to get an early TERP to mine the ERNs. The one over the wall on the left side is fairly easy to get, and so are the ones on the right.
Then, if you place the ERN in a sniper, near the central wall, you can pop the eggs from a larger distance. The're going to be a huge wave of creep from the eggs no matter what you do. But if the wave is farther away from your base, it's easier to defend against.
I managed to use the miners and just a stupid amount of temporary cannons to use brute force so i could fight the creeper from the eggs. failed to get the Ern in time to use a sniper on the wall.
I will also mention that Creeper World 4 has a pause function, during which you can still issue orders to units, and a save/load feature. These tools are extremely helpful in execution heavy levels like Wallis, use them if you are having trouble.
For Wallis, you should be building towers first, then miners (set to energy) and a factory, you should be building cannons/mortars/snipers/missiles only when you need them or after your miners are complete. Prioritising units in this order should let you get 20 energy generation before 2 minutes; if you can get that then you are in a very good position to complete the map and a large number of strategies are viable.
